General conditions

 

Course cancellation

 

In case the student is not able to attend the course, the secretary must be informed at least 15 days before the starting date by fax, e-mail, letter or in person. In this case the advance payment of 180,00 Euros will be fully refunded. If the course cancellation is communicated later than 15 days before the planned starting date, the deposit of 180,00 Euros of will not be refunded, but it can be used again by the student for a new enrolment (to be done within 24 months).

 

Corse interruption

 

Students will not receive any reimbursement in case of intermittent or discontinued attendance of the course. Particularly serious cases will be examined by the Direction.

 

Changes in course starting dates

 

Students can freely change the starting and finishing dates of their course, and their period of frequency. They must however inform the Secretary about these changes before the starting date of their course.

 

Course and accommodation payment

 

The course and the accommodation must be paid within the first week of course.

 

Courses of more than 4 weeks

 

If the course is longer than 4 weeks, the payment for course and accommodation can be made in blocks of 4 weeks, always within the first week of each 4-week-block.

 

Accommodation reserved by the Institute

 

Our accommodation is available to our students from the day before the course starts until noon of the day after the last day of classes.

 

Responsibility of the Institute

 

The Institute declines any responsibility for injuries sustained by their students or damage to their property, either within the school premises or during outside activities organised by the Institute.
